Responsibilities

If you enjoy working with team members whose defining characteristics are exceptional client service, initiative, professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability, you may be the person we are seeking to join our Corporate & Securities practice in our Hong Kong office, as an Associate.

  • Advising on corporate finance matters and transactions including corporate trust, bond, listing of exchange traded funds, block trades, cash offer and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • 1-5 years’ post qualification experience
  • Relevant DCM / corporate finance experience gained at well-regarded law firms
  • Excellent command of English, preferably also Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and client management skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • A good team player
