Experience and attributes:
This is a permanent paralegal position in Mayer Brown’s Corporate & Securities practice.
This position does not offer a path to an associate position.
Our clients are leading global banks and we are looking for a candidate that can perform routine tasks independently and to a high service quality that is expected from our clients.
The practice is high volume and day-to-day work will require a thorough understanding of documentation and timelines. The candidate will need excellent organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects each with a different scope of work in an efficient, high quality and timely manner.
The debt capital markets practice often requires coverage outside of regular working hours and the candidate will be responsible for attending to and handling tasks during non-work hours and on weekends.
