Systems & Application Analyst

Responsibilities include software engineering, third-party configuration /integration, and application support.

• Gather and analyse user requirements to understand current workflows and desired improvements.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and vendors to develop, enhance, and support in-house applications.
• Provide user training and gather feedback for continuous improvement of systems.
• Document system analysis, design and implementation plans.
• Design, validate, and implement software applications while coordinating with the Infrastructure & Cloud team.
• Manage data integration between applications using various technologies (e.g. SQL, middleware).
• Ensure compliance with IT Service Delivery standards and InfoSec requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management or related field.
• Working knowledge of Aderant, Intapp, and iManage is a plus.
• Proven experience in application support, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Web development using Microsoft technologies e.g. .NET, C#, SQL Serer.
• Ability to articulate complex technologies to non-technical people and help technical people understand business requirements better.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as independently and as part of a team.
