Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to fee earners
  • Prepare client engagement letters and matter opening of files
  • Schedule of meetings, travel arrangements and diary management
  • Coordinate and manage local and overseas business-related activities
  • Assist in various reports preparation 
  • Coordination and prepare bills to clients and input timesheets for fee earners
  • Printing and preparing bibles and other physical documents
  • Formatting documents and word processing
  • Communicate effectively with management, internal and external clients

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 2 years’ legal secretarial experience from well-regarded legal firms
  • Excellent PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and proactive with good organizational and time management skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
