Responsibilities

  • Handle Compensation & Benefits functions with focus on payroll, MPF, taxation etc.
  • Prepare monthly payroll processing for both full time and part time staff, preparation of journals and costs analysis 
  • Manage salary tax administration for Hong Kong office
  • Maintain and update HR Information System (HRIS) including generating reports for analysis on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with different parties for payroll recording and costs analysis
  • Assist and coordinate ad hoc assignment as requested

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience from MNCs or professional firms (experience in using IPL is an advantage)
  • Familiarize with Hong Kong employment regulations and tax matters
  • Detail-minded, independent and good communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office applications
