Responsibilities

  • Support performance management and employee relations processes
  • Draft and prepare HR related documents & correspondences
  • Prepare reports (e.g. headcount report, staff turnover report)
  • HRIS data entry and reporting; HR data and process analysis
  • Review and update the HR operation documents, policies and business processes
  • Assist with Law Society & other professional bodies reports and applications
  • Provide daily HR administrative support
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records
  • Assist with work visa applications and related documents as needed
  • Support other ad hoc HR related projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • University graduate with minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Experience in HRIS will be an advantage
  • Previous law firm experience is an asset
  • Excellent in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel
  • Detail-minded, analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management and organization abilities
  • Self Starter, independent, organised and pro-active
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Positive thinking and "Can-do" attitude
