  • Handle mails and courier services (internal and external documents / parcels) when required.
  • Provide routine office administrative support.
  • Carry out Company search and filing.
  • Carry out Official Receiver’s Office and Tolfin search.
  • Carry out Business Registration search.
  • Allocate costs for company search requests with stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing document distribution to ensure quality of services being delivered to the stakeholders and accurate record.
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Form 5 or above with minium 3 years of relevatn working experience in sizable company or MNCs
  • Eager to learn, willing to handle outdoor work and work under pressure
  • Work independently, efficiently and flexible with strong sense of responsibility
  • Highly flexible to work beyond office hours
  • Able to operate the internet and online searching engine for the statutory government department
  • Proficiency in PC operation in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and basic English and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is preferred
