Responsibilities

  • Report to the Accountant of Finance and Accounts Department.
  • Handle daily reconciliation and routine accounting functions of accounts payable and receivable, prepare vouchers, receipts, accounting data entries and filing.
  • Deliver cash/cheques to banks.
  • Assist internal enquires and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Able to work at least 2 days a week - i.e. Mondays and Fridays

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • University / Associate degree accounting student.
  • LCCI book-keeping Level 2 or above preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, a good team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
