Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fun team with exposure to challenging legal work. This is a great position that provides excellent opportunity to develop your career in the legal industry

 

  • Provide support to Corporate Partners and Associates in Hong Kong
  • Carry out work such as due diligence, verification, drafting and reviewing documents and performing legal research

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Paralegal experience from well-regarded legal firms with solid experience in Corporate practice preferred, but not essential
  • Fresh graduates who have obtained an LLM from a reputable HK university or US university are welcomed to apply
  • Previous involvement in Debt Capital Market transactions will be an advantage
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese (native speaker of Putonghua highly preferred)
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and efficient
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to work overtime
