  • Checking for data entry, voucher preparation and filing
  • Prepare Daily Report for all sale proceeds received, if any, to the Developers on daily basis
  • Prepare Monthly Reports on 1st day of the Month to the Developers
  • Prepare Monthly Reports by Solicitors to Lands Department on or before 15th day of the Month (For all consent Scheme Projects)
  • Ensure stakeholder Daily and Monthly Report transactions are recorded timely and accurately
  • Responsible for Real Estate (Project Accounts) systems set up
  • Excellent communication with Developer and other Solicitor
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Firm

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting is highly preferred
  • At least 4 years working experience
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel of VLOOK up / Pivot table / formula setting
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details with great accuracy
  • Responsible and can work under pressure and fast-pace environment
  • High level of integrity, a strong sense of accountability
  • Immediately available is preferred
