Responsibilities

  • Handle both internal and external documents / parcels delivery
  • Provide routine office administrative support duties

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Form 5 or above with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience which in sizable company would be preferred
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Eager to learn, willing to handle outdoor work and able to work under pressure
  • Work independently, efficiently and flexible with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Highly flexible to work beyond office hours
