Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the Firm's Pro Bono Programme
  • Data maintenance
  • Assisted in ad-hoc pro bono related projects

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Available to work at least 2 day per week
  • Current law or social science student preferred
  • Hard working, helpful and proactive with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Tactful and sensitive in handling confidential information
  • Good prioritisation and organisational skill
  • Good team player, self motivated, meticulous and responsible
  • Good command of written and spoken English; fluency in Chinese a plus
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
