Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the Firm's Pro Bono Programm
  • Data maintenanc
  • Assisted in ad-hoc pro bono related projects

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Available to work at least 2 day per week
  • Current law or social science student prefferd
  • Hard working, helpful and proactive with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Tactful and sensitive in handling confidential informatio
  • Good prioritisation and organisational skil
  • Good team player, self motivated, meticulous and responsibl
  • Good command of written and spoken English; fluency in Chinese a plu
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
