Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the L&D team
  • Create and maintain database and other documentations on a daily basis
  • Draft and prepare L&D related documents & correspondences
  • Provide onsite support for seminar arrangements and logistics
  • Respond to emails and enquiries from members of the firm
  • Assist on ad hoc tasks/projects

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Non final year student preferable
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Mature and independent
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and independent
  • Detail-minded
  • Positive thinking and “Can do” attitude
  • Able to commit 6-12 months
  • Able to work at least 2 days per week
