  • Provide administrative support to the Asia KM Team
  • Prompt follow up with lawyers on related matters
  • Liaise with lawyers and support staff to ensure Knowledge Management initiatives are progressed efficiently and effectively
  • Work closely with fee earners in a role that centres around document production, distribution and other document management tasks
  • Provide expertise for Asia in document automation, using Contract Express
  • Assist Practice Groups with automation authoring of documents, using Contract Express
  • Assist the Knowledge & Professional Support Team in firm wide projects
  • Responsible for the data input to Global Knowledge Bank and ensure currency and accuracy of information contained therein
  • Assist with training for inductees and trainees in Knowledge Management initiatives where required, including preparation and maintenance of training materials
  • Assist Associate Director of KM with drafting and collating internal reports
  • Perform administrative duties such as printing, filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Manage KM timelines for global and regional projects

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • University degree (preferably in law) or presently obtaining same
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a bonus
  • Document automation, Contract Express or HotDocs experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent research skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a keen interest in Knowledge Management and litigation practice
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and efficient, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong personal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt with flexibility to work additional hours in accordance with the needs of the business
  • Excellent computer skills (HTML, website maintenance, database entry and maintenance, MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
