Responsibilities

  • Assist in IT projects
  • Review scanned index files against digital images
  • Perform matter opening card searches at the Chai Wan and Tuen Mun warehouses
  • Perform putaway archive system data input checks
  • Update putaway achive system with matter closure dates
  • Perform inhouse online tools testing and system testing such as (Language Studio, DeepL Pro and SDL)

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Welcome students in any major, IT background not necessary
  • Hard working, helpful and proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tactful and sensitive in handling confidential information
  • Good prioritization and organizational skills
  • Responsible and detailed mind
  • Good team player, self-motivated, meticulous and responsible
