Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the HR team
  • Create and maintain database and other documentations on a daily basis
  • Draft and prepare HR related documents & correspondences
  • Respond to emails and enquiries from members of the firm
  • Assist on ad hoc tasks/projects

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Non-final year student preferably
  • Hard working, helpful and proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tactful and sensitive in handling confidential information
  • Good prioritization and organizational skills
  • Responsible and detailed mind
  • Good team player, self-motivated, meticulous and responsible
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to commit at least 6 months
  • Able to work at least 2 days per week
