Exciting opportunity to work as a Mid or Senior Associate in our Tokyo office and become a member of our Global Projects group


Advise on a wide range of Projects in the Energy, Infrastructure and Transportation space including Power, Gas to Power, Oil & Gas, LNG, Rail and Construction


  • Drafting and negotiating Projects Development and Project Finance and Security Agreements, including LNG SPAs, EPC Contracts, O&M Contracts, PPAs, Concession Agreements, Farm In Agreements, Guarantees etc.
  • Due Diligence
  • Supervising junior associates and trainees
  • Assist with preparation and delivery of client training and other business development activities

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Qualified in England & Wales or New York
  • At least 5 years’ PQE
  • Solid Projects experience in the Energy and Infrastructure sector
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Strong initiative, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently when under pressure
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Team player with strong communication skills
